New Russian Senior Housing and Care Market (RSHCM) Conference

Last year the Russian market have grown but it is still small and underdeveloped. The elderly population in Russia is over 30 million and growing, so the ageing Russian population is creating a lot of opportunities for Russian and foreign companies and respective joint ventures. The market is in need for best practice, expertise, management, technologies, real estate and equity investments to name a few. 

The event was focused on the senior care-services and dementia, operations, building design, investments and financing, with respective sessions. The goals of this conference were also: 
  • share and discuss information about the current state and opportunities of RSHCM 
  • gain best practice from other countries 
  • facilitate market development 
  • discuss real life cases (Russia and other countries). 
Frank van Dillen of Dementia Village Advisors, has taken part in the conference. Frank as an architect and consultant has experience creating a lot of senior housing projects in the Netherlands and other countries, and is responsible of the project of the world famous Hogeweyk dementia village.
